Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Each product and part comes with a tracking number for your convenience. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
In the event of high order volumes, delays may occur. If a significant delay is anticipated, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • 7–21 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather events, holidays, or disruptions with the carrier.

These carriers are committed to delivering your order safely and promptly.

Unloading Requirements

For safe and efficient unloading of your products, appropriate equipment and facilities are necessary. This includes a forklift or crane to handle the equipment upon arrival.

If your location does not have the required unloading equipment, we offer an alternative delivery option. You may choose delivery via a flatbed truck with crane service for an additional $80 fee. This service will include the use of a crane to unload the equipment from the truck.

Please ensure that your delivery location has:

  • Sufficient space for maneuvering the equipment.
  • Level ground or a loading dock to facilitate the unloading process. For home deliveries, the unloading requirements remain the same.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

CarLiftPro is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or any other fees incurred during shipping. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Claims

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. In the event of damage, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged items for inspection.

International Shipping Policy

Currently, CarLiftPro only ships within the United States.
